My partner often buys things that are frivolous and unnecessary putting us in credit card debt that he then wants me to contribute payment to. I want to tell him no but am unsure about his reaction. What should I do?
The cards say that you need to be firm about what you want. If he is buying things he wants, you should not be obliged to pay for them. However if these purchases are being used by both of you, maybe you should contribute towards their payment. The cards urge you to communicate what you want in a proper manner to your partner.
