My child is in competitive sports and is finding it difficult to do well in the recent races. Confidence levels are way down. What can I do to help?
The cards say that your child has been actively competing for a while now and is actually exhausted. A break may be the best way to heal. Give yourself and your child a break from the competitive sporting world for a month to see if things improve. Sometimes the best way to fix things is to do nothing at all.
